① Product Warranty

Warranty Period: 1 Year from Purchase Date Warranty coverage applies only to failures occurring through normal use.
Please keep proof of purchase in a safe place.
A receipt, order confirmation email, or other documentation showing the purchase date is required for warranty claims.

Examples Covered by Warranty

  • Initial defects, such as significant cosmetic damage or manufacturing defects.
  • Natural defects or failures that interfere with normal use of the product.
*For initial defects, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Examples Not Covered by Warranty

  • Lost parts or components.
  • Scratches, dirt, rust, or normal wear resulting from use or storage that do not affect functionality (excluding initial defects).
  • Damage caused by dropping the product.
  • Damage caused by impact or excessive force.
  • Damage caused by improper use.
  • Failures occurring more than one year after purchase.
  • Normal wear of consumable parts.
  • Products that have been repaired or modified.
  • Products provided free of charge through promotional campaigns or giveaways.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us via email or LINE.
  2. Send the defective product to us. *The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us.
  3. We will inspect the product and send either a repaired item or a replacement.
