Shipping Time:
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. If the item is out of stock, shipping will follow the schedule stated on the product page (within 2 months).

Shipping Methods (Japan):
Orders will be shipped via one of the following methods: Click Post, Yu-Pack (prepaid), Hikyaku Express Service (prepaid), or Yamato Transport (prepaid).

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
• Defective products will be replaced with the same item. If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
• Returns due to customer preference are not accepted unless the product is defective.
• Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been completed.
• We will cover round-trip shipping costs for defective products.
• If a product experiences a natural failure during the warranty period, the customer is responsible only for the return shipping cost.
• If a shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons after dispatch and the order is canceled, the refund amount will be issued after deducting shipping costs.

Return Period:
For defective products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. After contacting us, the product must be returned within 7 days.
