Purpose of Use

  • Delivery of products, stock availability notifications, and payment processing for mail-order sales.
  • Direct mail and email communications regarding sales, events, and other promotions.
  • Distribution of email newsletters to customers who have requested them.
  • Customer surveys conducted for the purpose of improving our services.
  • Provision of other services offered by KaraSeed LLC.
  • Contacting customers and arranging shipments when deemed necessary for business operations.

External Service Providers

KaraSeed LLC may provide the minimum necessary Personal Information to its business partners and subcontractors (hereinafter referred to as "External Service Providers") when required for business operations. KaraSeed LLC requires all such External Service Providers to appropriately and securely manage any Personal Information provided to them.

Non-Disclosure and Non-Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Personal Information provided by customers will not be disclosed or provided to any third party except for the purposes described above, when shared with External Service Providers, or under the following circumstances:

  • When the customer has given consent.
  • When we determine that it is appropriate for an affiliated company or authorized agent to respond to an inquiry.
  • When it is necessary to provide information to financial institutions for payment processing, such as credit card transactions.
  • When disclosure or provision is required by law, or requested by a court, police authority, or other governmental agency.
  • When disclosure is urgently necessary to protect the life, health, or safety of a customer or another individual.


Access, Correction, and Other Requests Regarding Personal Information

If you wish to request access to the Personal Information that KaraSeed LLC holds about you, we will disclose such information after verifying your identity.

If you wish to correct, add to, or delete your Personal Information, we will make the requested changes within a reasonable period and scope after verifying your identity.

Please note that if some or all of your Personal Information is deleted or its use is restricted, we may be unable to continue providing certain services. In addition, a reasonable processing fee may be charged for requests to disclose Personal Information.
