Refund policy
Return Conditions
• Defective products will be replaced with the same item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
• Returns are not accepted for reasons other than manufacturing defects or initial defects.
• Orders cannot be canceled due to customer preference after the order has been completed.
• Returned items must include all original contents and accessories that were included upon delivery.
• In the case of a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement shipment.
• In the event of a product failure caused by normal use, the customer is responsible only for the return shipping costs.
• If a package is returned due to reasons attributable to the customer and the order is subsequently canceled, the refund amount will be issued after deducting the original shipping costs.
Return Period
Returns for defective products are accepted only if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Once you have contacted us, the item must be returned within 7 days.
